PropValuer is a property services company providing professional market valuations for various purposes including mortgage bonds, private owner’s information, deceased estates, portfolio assessment, divorce/litigation, sequestrations/liquidation, Capital Gains Tax, rental valuations, municipal valuations. Short-term insurance replacement valuations are also provided for private owners, mortgage bonds or sectional title bodies corporate. Desktop valuations are provided for limited property types and circumstances.
Operating alongside our sister companies which are Auctioneering and Business brokerages gives us further insight into the current real estate market and provides our clients with meaningful value-added services in property valuations.

Market Property Valuations

Replacement Valuations
Replacement valuations are provided for private owners, mortgage bonds or sectional title bodies corporate for the purposes of ensuring adequate building insurance cover. Reproduction valuations are also available on request.

Portfolio Property Valuations
Valuations for the purposes of financial statements may benefit clients with multiple properties in their portfolio.

Rental Property Valuations
