Claire holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Rhodes), a National Diploma in Property Specialising in Property Valuation (UNISA) and first registered with the SACPVP in 2005.

Mortgage Bonds, Acquisition and Disposal, Legal matters. Valuations are often required for circumstances such as Deceased estates, Divorce/litigation, Sequestrations/liquidations.
Insurance Replacement Valuations
Replacement valuations are provided for private owners, mortgage bonds or sectional title bodies corporate for the purposes of ensuring adequate building insurance cover. Reproduction valuations are also available on request.
Portfolio Property Valuations
Valuations for the purposes of financial statements may benefit clients with multiple properties in their portfolio.
Rental Property Valuations
